Ford Vehicle Pick Up and Drop Off Service Including Disinfection Process
The health of you and your family is of utmost importance to Ford. During the COVID-19 period, Ford has now introduced a complimentary vehicle pick up and drop off service for Ford customers. Offer valid until 31st December 2020.*
We'll pick up your Ford vehicle from your specified location and provide you with a Ford Service Loan car (if available). Upon return, your vehicle will be disinfected for peace of mind. That's what service should be.

- Book Service Loan Car (if available)
- Ford Dealership picks up your vehicle
- Drop off Service Loan Car, if applicable
- Disinfect loan vehicle and customer vehicle
- Drive customer vehicle back to service dept
- Service is performed
- Dedicated team conducts disinfection
- Leave disinfection postcard explaining the process on passenger seat
- Reconfirm payment method and reconfirm return timing
- Return customer vehicle
- Disinfect Service Loan Car and customer vehicle
- Touchless electronic payment via credit card, also can be done at step 4 over the phone.
